Registered Nurse, Infusion RN (ITA)(Infusion) Stanford Health Care in San Jose is seeking an Infusion Registered Nurse to work a 13-week assignment and a 40‑hour work week. 4‑10 hour shifts. Shift times could be 07:30/08:30/09:00. Per Stanford, to be considered a traveler, you must live 60 miles outside of San Jose. Details: Hiring manager looking for at least 3 years of experience in a setting that handles a significant amount of infusion (can be inpatient or outpatient). Experience with administration of IVIG, monoclonal antibodies, blood products, and other types of infusions. Experience with handling hazardous medication. Strong IV access skills (peripheral, PICC, and port). ONCC REQUIRED Pay: Stanford pays by experience: range for this contract: $2,987.50 up to $3,367.50 gross weekly pay, based on a 40‑hour work week. Paid Weekly!
