Media Marketing Sr. Manager, Analytics

Summary The Sr. Manager of Media Analytics leads media measurement, performance analysis, and reporting across digital, linear, and emerging channels. This strategic, data-driven role turns campaign and channel data into actionable insights to improve media effectiveness and investment decisions, while using AI to enhance analytics workflows. Responsibilities Analyze media performance, identify trends and risks, and recommend optimization opportunities. Deliver reporting on campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and ROI for stakeholders. Manage forecasting and performance pacing to support planning, budget tracking, and investment decisions. Partner with analytics, media, and data science teams on attribution, incrementality testing, and measurement initiatives. Align stakeholders on KPIs, reporting definitions, and measurement standards. Support analytics tools, data providers, and external measurement partners. Manage and develop analysts or junior team members through coaching and quality oversight. Develop AI-based solutions to improve measurement processes, reporting workflows, and analytics capabilities. Requirements 7+ years of experience in media analytics, marketing science, or a related analytical function, preferably in retail eCommerce. Expertise in Adobe Analytics and experience with digital analytics, media platforms, and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, DV360, Meta, Tableau, or Power BI. Experience in cross-functional media measurement, performance reporting, campaign optimization, and stakeholder or vendor partnerships. Working knowledge of attribution, testing frameworks, and statistical concepts used in marketing measurement. Strong communication skills and ability to translate analysis into business recommendations. Interest in applying AI to measurement, forecasting, and reporting; knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
