Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients across assigned care settings as a float therapist
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities and independence
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with patient goals and clinical needs
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Maryland
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Ability to float and adapt to multiple care settings within the facility
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
• Must wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a float or registry therapy role
• Familiarity with long-term care or rehabilitation settings
