The primary role of a Maintenance Technician involves maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting building systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation, performing routine inspections, preventive tasks, and emergency fixes for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues, and documenting all work to prevent downtime and uphold operational standards.
