The TAS Manager is responsible for leading and managing financial due diligence engagements related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transaction-driven events. This role requires deep technical accounting expertise, strong project and client management skills, and the ability to mentor and develop team members while delivering high-quality, client-ready results.The Manager serves as a primary client contact, works closely with Partners on engagement strategy and business development, and plays a key role in the continued growth of the Transaction Advisory practice.Key ResponsibilitiesEngagement Leadership & ExecutionLead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from planning through deliveryOversee and review Quality of Earnings (QoE), Net Working Capital, Cash Flow, and Debt-like Items analysesEvaluate complex accounting issues and transaction considerations under U.S. GAAPManage engagement scope, timelines, budgets, and staffingReview and finalize client deliverables, including diligence reports and presentationsClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, private equity professionals, and other stakeholdersPresent findings to clients, investors, and deal teamsCoordinate with investment bankers, legal counsel, tax advisors, and internal audit and advisory teams Identify and communicate key deal risks, trends, and opportunitiesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentManage, mentor, and develop Supervisors, Senior Associates, and AssociatesProvide performance feedback, coaching, and career guidanceSupport engagement staffing, training, and resource planningPromote quality, consistency, and best practices across engagementsPractice Development & Firm InitiativesAssist Partners with proposal development, scoping, and business development effortsContribute to practice growth initiatives and thought leadershipParticipate in recruiting, onboarding, and training effortsStay current on transaction trends, accounting standards, and market developmentsQualificationsMust be able to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance from an accredited college/university requiredMBA, CFA or other advanced credentials a plusActive CPA license required7+ years of experience in transaction advisory, audit, or related financial advisory servicesExperience in a CPA firm or professional services environmentStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement analysisSignificant experience leading financial due diligence engagementsProficient with MS Office Suite and data analytics toolsStrong communication, leadership, and client-management skillsAbility to balance multiple engagements and deadlinesDemonstrates strong initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and conceptsInterest in long-term growth within Transaction Advisory ServicesThis role requires flexibility to travel when business needs ariseCompensation & Benefits:The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 - $175,000.
