Vascular Surgery Opportunity in North Florida (Jacksonville/St. Augustine area) Client in North FL is seeking board certified or board eligible endovascular trained vascular surgeon to join busy vascular and heart center in the Jacksonville and St Augustine, Florida areas. Very busy peripheral office based cath lab and procedure rooms, RVT on staff, full support in place. Busy venous clinic and on site procedure rooms with an established referral stream from many specialties. The candidate will also receive some referrals from other providers in the practice. Seeking a well qualified candidate trained in endovascular medicine for this mostly outpatient practice. Practice will initially be made up of endovascular medicine lower extremity peripheral as well as dialysis access referrals and some surgery for creating AV fistula for dialysis access. Beyond those procedures the practice will encourage other vascular surgical referrals to fit the candidate’s interests and skill level, however it is anticipated that the majority of the practice will be endovascular. The group is seeking a candidate who can share in its vision of inviting a vascular surgeon into a well established cardiovascular practice that includes cardiac interventionists who have an established peripheral vascular practice. By providing both specialties the group will have the ability to expand its level of service. The opportunity is a three year employment to partnership position. The practice may require one sub office location rotation each week for clinic. Visa applicants will be considered.
