Compensation Details $16.00 – $17.00 Hourly. Exempt : Commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold. Paid out bi‑weekly unless state law requires otherwise. Non‑Exempt : Commission potential from $2.00 to $8.00 for each Membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold. Cast Members are empowered to provide outstanding service through cross‑training in a variety of positions, and over 60% of managers are promoted from within. Party Hosts keep the fun high by preparing the party area, setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring the birthday child has a blast. Minimum Qualifications Be at least 15 years of age Available to work various shifts Excellent customer service skills Energetic and enthusiastic personality Essential Job Functions and Work Environment Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0–50 pounds during a scheduled shift. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during a scheduled shift. Must handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co‑workers. The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
