Driving AI adoption and operational efficiency, the full-time remote Marketing Operations Director will design and implement AI-driven workflows, manage demand infrastructure, and align marketing with revenue operations to enhance pipeline performance. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement AI-driven workflows that improve campaign execution and operational efficiency Own end-to-end funnel performance, ensuring data integrity and tracking accuracy across all campaigns Partner with RevOps to define lifecycle stages, attribution models, and measure marketing's contribution to pipeline Required Qualifications: 7-10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing operations or demand operations Deep experience with marketing tech stack, including Marketo and Salesforce Proven track record of improving pipeline performance through systems, data, or automation Experience deploying AI or automation in marketing workflows with measurable results Strong understanding of demand generation, funnel mechanics, and revenue attribution
