Senior Onboarding & Field Ops Lead

Kestra Financial is seeking a Sr. Onboarding Operations Specialist to support new advisor firms entering the Kestra ecosystem. The role is hybrid with about 65% travel for in-person onboarding and 35% back-office processing. You will train advisors on Advisor Complete, assist with account setup, and collaborate with Sales, Trading, and Cashiering to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate documentation.
