Stocking Team Associate

About the position
This entry-level role works with an onsite team to replenish merchandise and prepare the store for customers.

Hands-on responsibilities

· Move merchandise from receiving or backroom areas

· Stock and organize shelves and displays

· Identify low-stock, damaged, or misplaced items

· Assist shoppers when working on the sales floor

Work environment
This is an on-site position. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable.

What we value: A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
