This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, fellowship-trained team in a newly built state-of-the-art endoscopy suite. ERCP and EUS available but not required. Practice details include:

• The two-year guaranteed base salary of $540,000 transitions into a senior comp model with productivity bonuses up to $80/wRVU
• Generous PTO
• Team: 7 GI Physicians (1 off-site), 6 APPs
• Hospital Employee
• Procedures: General GI with optional EUS/ERCP, 8-10 scopes daily, ~8-10 clinic patients
• On-site, brand-new Endoscopy Center with 5 procedure rooms and full Anesthesia support
• Inpatient Rounding: With NP and internal medicine resident
• Full interventional radiology and surgical support (colorectal, bariatric, laparoscopic)
• $45,000 recruitment Incentive (negotiable)
• 1:7 Call Ratio
