Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Seating Coordination: Manage the seating chart and efficiently assign tables to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.
• Reservation Management: Handle reservations and walk-in guests while keeping an organized waiting list.
• Communication: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Customer Support: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
