Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Seating Coordination: Manage the seating chart and efficiently assign tables to optimize flow and guest satisfaction.
- Reservation Management: Handle reservations and walk-in guests while keeping an organized waiting list.
- Communication: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Customer Support: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Schedule
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
