Interior Designer (Luxury Residential)

This is an exciting opportunity for an intermediate-level Interior Designer with strong luxury residential and commercial experience who is equally passionate about concept development, sourcing, and technical execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, visually sophisticated, proactive, and technically proficient, with the ability to support multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a high level of design integrity. Key Responsibilities Support the Senior Project Manager and design leadership across all phases of luxury residential and hospitality projects Assist in the development of interior concepts through mood boards, finish palettes, presentations, renderings, and material studies Source furniture, lighting, textiles, finishes, fixtures, and decorative elements aligned with the overall design vision Create and revise floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, and design documentation using AutoCAD and SketchUp Produce high-quality 3D models and renderings Assist with the preparation of client presentation materials and design decks Coordinate and track FF&E selections, proposals, quotations, invoices, lead times, and order statuses Review shop drawings, CFAs, and vendor submittals under the guidance of senior leadership Participate in site visits, installations, vendor meetings, and project coordination meetings Assist in maintaining organized project documentation, schedules, and material libraries Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal team members to ensure seamless project execution Support construction administration and installation coordination while helping maintain the integrity of the design vision throughout execution Contribute creatively through research, sourcing, and design ideation for ongoing and future projects Key Skills / Requirements Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field 3–5 years of professional experience within high-end residential and/or hospitality interiors Strong design sensibility with a sophisticated understanding of materiality, scale, proportion, and spatial composition Highly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape with strong rendering and visualization capabilities required Experience supporting projects through multiple phases, from concept development through installation Strong understanding of luxury residential detailing, furnishings, finishes, and custom millwork coordination Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities within a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Comfortable working in-office and on-site as needed Valid driver’s license required The Crowd is an equal opportunities employer and agency. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Crowd
