Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist

Overview TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our hospitalist team at AdventHealth Redmond in Rome, Georgia. Responsibilities Floor calls and assisting the physician with admissions and discharges. Collaborate with a hospitalist physician on a night shift schedule. Support the hospital medicine team with patient care during admissions and discharges as needed. Participate in patient care activities as appropriate and allowed by scope of practice. Schedule 7-on, 7-off block schedule from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Qualifications Minimum of one year of NP/PA inpatient experience preferred. ACNP (Acute Care NP) certification preferred.
