Expanding, privately held aviation industrial firm seeking an experienced and dedicated Recruiter. In this high-volume role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for our Newark, NJ operations and additional out-station sites nationally, supporting a workforce of over 800 employees across five NJ sites and national locations. This is a newly created position designed to support the growing operational needs, providing the opportunity to build out our team.
