ABA Therapist job at Discovery Therapy. Delaware, PA. Overview Discovery Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist (RBT/ABA-PCA) to join our Early Intervention team in Delaware County – Chester, PA. Services are for children with developmental or learning disabilities, supporting them in preschools, daycares or home environments. Positions: Part‑time, some full‑time, contract/per‑diem. All positions are 1099 contractors. Monday – Friday. Available Positions Part Time Some full time Contract Responsibilities One‑on‑One (1:1) support for children in preschool, daycare or home. Provide assistance to children with behavioral challenges, medical/physical limitations, or neurological diagnoses. Implement instructional strategies to promote success. Requirements High School Diploma (required). CPR and First Aid certifications (required). Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges and self‑care needs in the 3‑5 age group (preferred). Experience: 1 year supporting children with behavioral challenges (preferred). Benefits Referral program. Schedule 4‑hour shift. 8‑hour shift. Monday to Friday. Compensation Pay: $13.00 – $25.00 per hour. Location In person.
