Travel Physical Therapist – Newcastle, Washington MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 26‑week assignment beginning 07/20/2026. The role requires 40 hours per week, 8‑hour daylight shifts, and travel employment. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 07/20/2026 Duration: 26 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Qualifications Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE Must have graduated from an accredited school Minimum one year of experience Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or be in the process of obtaining it Current CPR certification Additional requirements per client facility may apply Duties & Responsibilities The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing referred patients who require rehabilitation services. Tasks include providing direct patient care, assessing medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation; establishing and administering treatment programs with specific goals; setting realistic and achievable goals; documenting and recording patient condition; and educating patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods.
