Role Description This part-time, on-site role in the Nashville Metropolitan Area is for a licensed Physical Therapist or physical therapist assistant. The professional in this role will evaluate or assist in evaluating patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on interventions to support functional recovery and mobility. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, monitoring patient progress, updating documentation, and collaborating with other team members to ensure quality patient care. The role also involves educating patients and caregivers on home programs, injury prevention, and long-term health strategies, while maintaining compliance with clinic policies and relevant regulations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and progress individualized treatment plans. Candidates should possess skills in Patient Care and Quality Patient Care, focusing on safety, clear communication, and patient-centered outcomes. Candidates should possess skills in Orthopedics, including assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and post-surgical rehabilitation. Active state license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Tennessee). Prior clinical experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings is preferred. Ability to work part time on-site in the Nashville Metropolitan Area and manage a varied caseload.
