Accounts Receivable Analyst - Hybrid

Kforce's client, a top consumer products company, is adding a Hybrid - Accounts Receivable Analyst to their team. This is an amazing opportunity, on a large team, located at a beautiful office headquarters location, with room to learn and grow withing the organization. In this role, duties include (but are not limited to):
- Review, Analyze & Resolve chargebacks
- Investigate Claims
- Electronic Data Interface (EDI) chargebacks including UCC, UPC, EAN and Bills of Lading
- Invoice Collection
- Customer Relationship Management
- Bachelor's degree Preferred
- 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable in Retail preferred
- Chargebacks, Collections, Claims Research
- Excel, & Dynamics AX, EDI
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, foreign language a plus
