South River Public Schools, South River, NJ, 2026 / 2027 School Year Position

Required:

• High school diploma
• Required criminal history background check
• Proof of US citizenship or legal resident alien status
• Minimum one year of related work experience
• Willingness to work with administrators and staff to ensure a safe and positive recess period for students and staff
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information as appropriate
• Provide accurate written disciplinary reports when necessary
• Ability to work as a team member as well as function individually in making decisions on student safety / discipline
• Willingness to participate in appropriate and mandatory training
• Willingness to implement and be supportive of the policies and goals of the school and district
• Ability to be flexible in assignments
• Capable of working outdoors during recess throughout the school year
