We invite you to listen to a message from our CNO who shares what it's like to be part of Team HMH at Jersey Shore University Medical Center: Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license required BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire A minimum of two years of NICU nursing experience required BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire Strong attention to detail and customer service focus is required. Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work independently, or in a team, and handle multiple deadline driven tasks in a dynamic environment is essential. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Google Suite and RedCAp platforms. Review and comply with all relevant HMH and Business Unit policies and procedures, and local, state, and Federal laws and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
