Welder Fabricator

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our Heat Shield team. What You'll Do: * Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate custom metal frames for industrial applications * Cut and prepare aluminum, cold rolled steel and stainless steel to spec * Perform TIG welding (MIG a plus) to produce high-quality assemblies * Measure and verify finished products to ensure they meet blueprint requirements * Straighten, prep and support finishing processes (paint/powder coat) * Assist with assembly, packaging and shipping preparation What You'll Bring: * 1-3 years of welding/fabrication experience preferred * Strong TIG welding skills (MIG experience a plus) * Ability to read blueprints and work with precision * Mechanical aptitude and experience with shop equipment If you take pride in precision craftsmanship and thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment, this opportunity is for you.
