Compensation:
$600/hr
$4000 24hr call (includes 5h gratis)
$750 callback
$700 night call
Coverage Dates:
Sept 14 - Oct 2
Oct 19 - Oct 30
Nov 16 - Nov 27
Call:
Required and shared based on provider pool
Weekend call as needed
Licensure:
