Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities Reviewing/entering security clearance applications for the entire organization for approval. Entering government items (Security Clearance, Postal Clearance, Airport Authority) and personal information for employees into the database. Typing and entering all data from the application and submitting into the system (60-80 applications per day). Scanning and indexing documents. Entering/updating data into Excel spreadsheets. Filing and boxing documents for record archiving. Performing other administrative duties such as making copies and filing documents. Qualifications 1-2 years of heavy administrative/clerical experience within an office setting. Experience using Microsoft Excel and other MS suite applications with high accuracy. Experience handling confidential/sensitive information. Experience saving to a USB jump drive and using internet browsers such as MS Edge or Chrome. Must possess strong attention to detail. Must type at least 40 words per minute. Must have PC skills imperative for accurate government compliance submissions. Job Details Contract position based out of Memphis, TN. Pay range: $22.00/hr.
