Talent Sourcing Specialist

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist with Nesco, you'll connect the dots between great talent and open opportunities. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity in our Williamsport, PA office.

Job Duties:

• Proactively source resumes from applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other tools daily.
• Identify and pre-qualify candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Write, post, and manage engaging job postings across multiple platforms.
• Use creative and out-of-the-box sourcing techniques to uncover hard-to-find talent.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and notes in our database.
• Network with online groups, social communities, and professional networks.
• Assist with onboarding processes and ensure compliance with background checks, I-9, E-Verify, and client-specific requirements.
• Support recruiting technology initiatives and process improvements.
• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; prior sourcing or recruiting experience a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus!
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday
Long Term Need

Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
