Job Overview

The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent opportunities and a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)! We are currently looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) for our Cedar Ridge Center located in Sissonville, WV. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $104,000 to $120,000, along with an incentive compensation bonus program that has no cap.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.
  • This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities.
  • Collaboration with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician is essential for patient-specific medical care.
  • The Advanced Practice Provider will deliver primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents, working alongside other medical providers.
  • Collaboration with Center Leadership is crucial to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
Qualifications
  • The Advanced Practice Provider must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, hold a registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
  • For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program is required, along with passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
  • In states where practice regulations permit, APRNs must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice. PAs must also have an unrestricted professional license and DEA for their respective states.

Note: Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Salary Range

Annual Salary: USD $104,000.00 - USD $120,000.00
