Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Description Talent Acquisition is responsible for attracting, finding and acquiring skilled labor for Condé Nast's needs including talent evaluation and screening (assessing skills, testing, ranking, reference checking, etc.); job advertising and posting internally and externally, including third party recruiting agencies; talent prospecting at employment fairs and on campus at educational institutions; talent staffing and planning; managing new employee induction process. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support a team of up to 5 recruiters, including the vice president of talent acquisition, who this role reports to. We are looking for a seasoned talent acquisition professional, who is agile, can move quickly, and execute all tasks with regards to the sourcing, selection, assessment and new hire process. This person will be responsible for the new hire process which includes preparing offer letters and new hire communications. The coordinator will help with the new hire process for the annual summer intern program, as well as managing Super Days of interviewing. Handles references for all candidates. The Coordinator is also responsible for the overall administration of the background check process, including adjudicating on records and raising candidate issues during the process. Responsible for all updates, adds or changes to background check systems, including the workday integration. Works closely with the legal team to ensure candidate BG Check practices are in line with new hiring laws each year. Maintains BG Check vendor relationship and resolves all issues. The Talent Coordinator Will be the guardian of the overall Conde Nast candidate experience, championing new candidate communication methods and overseeing those communications. In addition this person will be responsible for all executive and C suite interview coordination and follow up, and serves as the main point of contact throughout the entire interview process. At times, the coordinator will be asked to help with large candidate sourcing and pipelining initiatives. Qualifications Must be knowledgeable of TA practices, and experience facing off to senior executives and executive assistants. Knowledge of sourcing, pipelining candidates and familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn recruiter. Must have HCM knowledge, preferably with workday. Should be very comfortable navigating applicant tracking systems. Should have at least 3-5 years of experience operating in a corporate, recruiting environment. Must be proficient in G suite and Microsoft office The expected base salary range for this position is from $90,000 - $105,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education. PubWorx is an equal opportunity workplace.
