Physical Therapist Location: Lee’s Summit, MO Position Type: Full-Time Setting: Modern Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic EMR System: WebPT About the Opportunity A full-time Physical Therapist position is available in Lee’s Summit, MO for a clinician who wants to work in a modern outpatient orthopedic setting with a steady caseload, strong team support, and room for continued professional growth. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. You will work with patients from 11 to 90 years old , helping them improve mobility, strength, movement quality, balance, and daily function through individualized care plans and skilled therapy services. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experienced Physical Therapists will be considered within the higher salary range based on years of experience. Compensation New Graduate Physical Therapist: $65,000–$70,000 per year Experienced Physical Therapist: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on years of experience Position Highlights Full-Time Physical Therapist position Competitive salary based on experience New graduates are encouraged to apply Collaborative and supportive clinical team Modern outpatient orthopedic setting Opportunity for professional growth and development Primary caseload focused on orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Preferred Work Schedule Options Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days Preferred Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Clinic Information Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants EMR System: WebPT Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations, reassessments, and discharge planning Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and clinical findings Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, gait training, balance work, and functional rehabilitation Educate patients on home exercise programs, activity modifications, and safe movement strategies Monitor patient progress and update plans of care when clinically appropriate Complete accurate and timely documentation in WebPT Collaborate with PTAs, other Physical Therapists, providers, and referral sources Support patients in improving function, independence, and return to daily activity Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but not required Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills Ability to work professionally with patients across a broad age range Insurance Plans Accepted The clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Benefits Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available Take the next step in your Physical Therapy career with a modern outpatient clinic that offers team support, schedule flexibility, and meaningful clinical work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
