RESTAURANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, coach, and direct the team
Support P&L management
Help drive top-of-line sales through marketing efforts within the 4 walls, 4 blocks, and 4 miles

RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in upscale scratch kitchen dining
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for providing best-in-class service
Commitment to professional and personal self-development
