Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery (Day Shift)

ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery (Day Shift) in Dickson, Tennessee.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule/Shift

The position requires a 12-hour day shift, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.

Job Description

This role focuses on providing high-quality care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient progress, assisting in labor and delivery, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the mother and newborn.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and fetal heart rates.
• Assist in labor and delivery processes.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.

Required Experience

• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.

Certifications/Licensure

• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
