The Refrigeration Alarm Monitoring Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and facilitating training for Refrigeration Alarm Monitoring (RAM) associates to ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant alarm monitoring and escalation practices. By supporting associate development, maintaining training programs, and reinforcing operational standards, this role helps improve response quality, strengthen compliance, and reduce risk. Responsibilities include:

• Design, coordinate, and deliver training for Refrigeration Alarm Monitoring (RAM) associates to ensure consistent alarm triage, escalation, documentation, and communication practices
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for RAM associates, validate readiness, maintain training documentation, and continuously enhance training content and delivery based on operational needs and performance trends
• Support training-related process and tool improvements by translating RAM workflow requirements into training content, providing user feedback during development/testing, and updating materials to reflect approved changes
• Partner with RAM leadership to support continuous improvement of training effectiveness and alarm monitoring quality.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma OR equivalent combination of formal training/certification and professional work experience that demonstrates the prerequisite competence to perform the duties of this position
• 1 year experience in Refrigeration Alarm Monitoring, Facilities Contact Center, Refrigeration service/operations support, or equivalent experience in a customer support environment with high call/queue volume
• A valid driver's license
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles, training effectiveness, and performance gap analysis
• Knowledge of data analysis principles and reporting to identify trends and training needs
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Technical/Industrial discipline, or other analytical discipline
• 2 years' experience in the Publix Facilities Contact Center as a Contact Center Specialist or with the Refrigeration Alarm Monitoring Team OR 2 years' experience as a trainer in a Customer Service environment handling ACD metrics
• Knowledge of the following computer applications: Ultrasite, StoreView, Bugle, Connect+ and ServiceNow
• Advanced knowledge of refrigeration systems fundamentals and alarm conditions (as applicable to Publix stores)
• Advanced knowledge of Refrigeration Alarm Monitoring escalation process and communications
• Working knowledge of work management tools and documentation standards used to track alarms, outages, and follow-up actions
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

Hours of Work: 40 Hours weekly

Frequency of Pay: Weekly

Minimum Base Pay: $25.00

Maximum Base Pay: $34.50

Potential Annual Base Pay: $52,000 - $71,760

Year End Bonus: To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week's pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks' pay.
