As an Associate in Paid Social, you will be placed on a specialist career track, receiving intensive training and close mentorship in all aspects of paid social media marketing. Once trained, you will assist with the planning, delivery, and active management of paid campaigns across major platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. Your Impact & Responsibilities As an Associate on our Paid Social team, your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Strategy Support: Compiling client research, competitive data, and social platform updates to support overall social strategy development. Tactical Buying: Supporting and improving tactical media planning and ad buying across social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.). Measurement & Reporting: Continuously improving the campaign measurement planning and reporting processes. Emerging Platform Research: Staying on the cutting edge of new, emerging social spaces to help support innovative recommendations for our clients. Financial Stewardship: Setting up media trackers, building media authorizations/insertion orders, and managing the ongoing billing and actualization process. Optimization: Identifying opportunities within active campaigns to improve performance and making budget/targeting recommendations. Content Calendar Support: Collaborating with Senior Associates and community managers to align paid efforts with organic content calendars. Brainstorming & Collaboration: Participating in team brainstorming sessions and collaborating to create highly personalized user experiences (contests, mobile campaigns, social activations). Skills & Experience We are looking for curious, motivated, and collaborative early career talent. Active curiosity about the backend of social platforms (meta-advertising, paid promotions, social targeting). Strong team collaboration skills and a passion for creative brainstorming. Adaptability, curiosity, and a drive to learn in a fast-paced, rapidly shifting environment.
