Social Worker Supervisor II-(Posting #611144-2911)

Responsibilities This position will supervise Care Management for At Risk Children (CMARC), Care Management for High-Risk Pregnancies (CMHRP), and Baby Love Plus program as required by contract and state‑mandated agreement addenda. Responsibilities include developing work plans, conducting program audits, managing data, creating and delivering trainings, performing evaluations and maintaining time sheets. The role also directly supervises the Opioid Settlement Coordinator and collaborates with local partners and the community to maximize resources for clients. Qualifications Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution and at least one year of directly related experience; or Bachelor’s degree in social work from an accredited institution and at least two years of directly related experience; or Master’s degree in a human services field from an accredited institution and at least two years of directly related experience; or Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited institution and at least three years of directly related experience; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and at least four years of directly related experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred: BSW in Social Work from an accredited school with experience working with CMARC, CMHRP, and Baby Love Plus Programs. All health department employees (except for individuals with accommodation or medical exemption) must receive an annual flu shot vaccine as a condition of employment. Pre‑employment drug test required; results must be negative prior to the first day of employment.
