Required Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
• Proficient in documenting and reporting quality issues
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
• Effective communication skills within a team setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or other industry quality standards
• Experience with manufacturing or production environments
• Familiarity with calibration and testing equipment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or quality assurance training preferred
• Prior experience in a manufacturing quality control role, especially in nutritional, household, or pet products, is advantageous
• Experience with sanitation and safety protocols in a production setting

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, including temperature extremes and dusty environments
• Willingness to perform routine inspections, documentation, and minor troubleshooting
