At MMM, we specialize in pushing the limits of custom apparel through screen printing, embroidery, specialty production, and live customization events.

Behind every great project is a strong operations team making sure thousands of garments move smoothly from receiving to production to delivery.

We’re looking for someone organized, reliable, and ready to help keep MMM moving.

About The Role:

This is not just a warehouse position.

As our Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator , you will work directly with our Embroidery Manager + Warehouse Manager to help control the flow of production throughout our facility.

You’ll be responsible for receiving incoming apparel shipments, organizing customer orders, moving products to the correct departments, preparing jobs for production, and making sure every team member has what they need to succeed.

The right person understands that organization, speed, and attention to detail are what keep a production company running.

Responsibilities:

As part of the MMM team you will:

• Receive incoming shipments and deliveries
• Count and verify apparel orders
• Organize boxes, garments, and production materials
• Move orders to the correct departments:
• • Screen Printing
  • Embroidery
  • DTG / Specialty Production
  • Packing
• Prepare jobs before production begins
• Label and organize customer orders
• Build and organize pallets
• Wrap and palletize completed orders
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
• Maintain warehouse organization
• Track inventory locations
• Help prepare outgoing shipments
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with production managers on priorities
• Keep aisles, receiving areas, and workspaces clean

Experience We’re Looking For:

Preferred experience:

• Warehouse operations
• Shipping & receiving
• Inventory control
• Order fulfillment
• Production environments
• Logistics

Experience with:

• Pallet jacks
• Hand trucks
• Shipping labels
• UPS/FedEx systems
• Warehouse organization

is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Must be comfortable:

• Standing and moving throughout the day
• Lifting boxes up to 50 lbs
• Moving pallets and carts
• Working in a fast-moving production environment
