What You Will Do You will stand at the helm of a team of top IT engineers and executives within the MSP industry. Your mission: refine Velo's service delivery processes, cultivate a disciplined, high-performance culture internally, and build a reputation for world-class client support. You will apply analytical thinking to everyday business challenges, implementing enhancements that help the organization hit its targets consistently. As one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity and IT service providers in the country, Velo needs someone who can evaluate existing workflows and adapt them for scalability. You will work alongside some of the best technologists in the industry to define, execute, and achieve quarterly and annual goals. Daily team huddles and weekly operations meetings will keep everyone aligned, while your contributions to strategic planning sessions will keep the executive team informed about progress, roadblocks, and resource needs. This role is key to helping Velo unlock growth opportunities as they mature their service delivery and organizational processes — and tune them for scale.
