Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for OB/GYN patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Collect data, analyze assessments, diagnose care needs, and develop and implement an effective care plan.
- Coordinate care delivery with other disciplines; supervise and direct activities of nursing staff as assigned.
- Monitor patient conditions, respond to changes, and employ critical thinking and independent judgment to promote safety and healing.
- Educate patients and families, support discharge planning, and ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to optimize patient outcomes and provide learning opportunities for teammates.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of California
- Minimum two years of recent RN experience in the field
- BSN preferred
- BLS (or CPR) certification from an approved vendor required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
- Recent EPIC and Cerner experience required or must be proficient in both
- Ability to work in a hospital setting in Glendale, CA
