Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide effective solutions or alternatives
- Follow established communication scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone
- Accurately document all customer interactions within the call center database
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a strong focus on satisfaction
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service
- Identify and capitalize on upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Strong phone presence, verbal communication, and active listening skills
- Experience with CRM systems and data entry processes
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to different personalities
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
