This role involves providing patient care within a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) and telemetry setting. The RN will utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to deliver safe and effective nursing care, adhering to hospital policies and state Nurse Practice Acts. The position requires strong leadership skills to delegate and supervise staff, ensuring quality patient outcomes. This assignment is scheduled for daytime shifts. Job Details Schedule: Day shifts, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Two to five years of recent LTAC and telemetry experience in a hospital setting; Indiana or multi-state compact RN license attached to the resume; American Heart Association ACLS and BLS certifications attached to the submission. Preferred Qualifications: Vent/trach experience. Float: Float rotation may be required. Additional Information: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in vent/trach care and have recent LTAC experience to ensure clinical competence in this specialized environment.
