ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL SURGEON - ASSOCIATE LEADING TO PARTNERSHIP
Practice Location: Palm Springs, CA
Are you an accomplished oral surgeon looking for clinical autonomy and the chance to manage and expand a dedicated practice with the full support of a skilled team? Our organization is in search of a driven, board-certified or board-eligible oral and maxillofacial surgeon to oversee our Palm Springs facility, with the assistance of two nearby partner practices and experienced surgeons available for collaboration and coverage.

Level 1 Trauma Center Call Contract with full-scope oral surgery, offering a competitive daily stipend and collections-based compensation; call schedule is approximately one week on and four weeks off
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution
Completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program
Board-certified or board-eligible
Valid dental license in California (or in the process of obtaining one)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong emphasis on patient care
