Service Advisor

Overview Join our team at Max Motors Dealerships as a key member of our customer service department. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers to provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns. Assist customers with service inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing updates on vehicle status. Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery. Prepare service estimates and explain repair options to customers. Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions. Requirements Proven experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Basic understanding of automotive services and repairs is an advantage. Nice to have Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar role. Familiarity with automotive software and tools.
