Our organization is experiencing significant growth in the Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector, offering a unique blend of potential and work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)!

We are currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV, with a commitment of 32-40 hours per week.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $101,750 to $117,000. About Us

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves working closely with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will collaborate with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver tailored medical care to patients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center.
  • Collaborating with other medical professionals within the center.
  • Working alongside Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Licensure as a registered nurse and certification as a Nurse Practitioner, having graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing, specializing in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.
  • A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
  • In states where permitted, an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.

Note: Certain restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as job classification, grade, location, and length of service. Salary Information

The salary range for this position is between $101,750 and $117,000 per year, with an additional sign-on bonus of $5,000.
