About the Position

Job Title

Travel: CT / Xray Tech – Radiology – Nights

Contract | Travel | Nights 3x12 | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and radiographic diagnostic procedures independently at a technical level, without the need for constant supervision
• Prepare orders, assume responsibility for the designated area and procedure, and finalize all exams within the EMR ( EPIC )
• Float between CT and X-ray as required
• Transport patients between the Emergency Department and Radiology Department
• Operate Toshiba CT equipment in an 8-bed radiology unit serving primarily outpatient and ED patients
• Perform other related duties as required and deemed necessary by the Radiology Manager

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (R) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of CT and X-ray experience
• Flu vaccination required for all travelers from November 1 through April 1 (exemptions must be client approved)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working independently for portions of a shift with minimal supervision
• Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR
