Customer Service Representative I

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative at DATAMARK, Inc. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping customers and delivering high–quality support. In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for our customers, addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, document customer interactions accurately, and collaborate with teammates to resolve more complex concerns. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to a supportive, solution‑focused service environment.
