Shift: 8:00AM – 4:30PM (Mon-Fri)

Pay Rate: $25-29/hr on w2

Job Description

• Order Management: Process new orders, changes, cancellations, and expedite requests for aftermarket spares and repair services.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts; provide timely updates on lead times, delays, quality holds, and shipping status.
• RMA & Warranty Coordination: Initiate and track RMAs, warranty evaluations, and repair orders; communicate inspection findings and final dispositions.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate shortages, shipment errors, quality concerns, and production delays; collaborate with planning, quality, engineering, and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Preferably an Associates degree in Business Administration or management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills—professional, concise, and customer focused.
• Strong problem solving skills and comfort working with cross functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
