Excellent communication skills are required for work in a team environment and interaction with coworkers and customers. *This job requires Excellent manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.Job ResponsibilitiesHand placement of components on circuit board (thru-hole or surface mount)Form parts according to specifications, using pliers, calipers, cutters, and forming toolsRead and understand electronic schematics, work orders and assembly instructionsRecord data onto work orders or shop travelerInspect to detect malfunctions, and ensure conformance to specificationsPack finished products for placement in storage areaPrepare or distribute materials/parts to workstationsFile/store records, electronic components, finished productsIPC J-STD Soldering or equivalentIPC 620 cable, connector, wire subassemblies or equivalentTest assemblies, parts, and circuits for operational defects, and records resultsRepair, or touch-up circuit boardEducation and ExperienceRequired Education at minimum: HS Diploma/GEDElectronic Assembly experienceQualificationsExcellent attention to detail and follow throughStrong reasoning and critical thinking skillsStrong mathematic and reading comprehension skillsISO Class III certification preferred, but not requiredDisciplined self-starter, organized, team-player and cross-culturally adaptiveExcellent communication skillsFocused on continuous education and improvementSoftware Programs and Level of KnowledgeWord (Intermediate)Excel (Intermediate)BenefitsMedical InsuranceTuition Reimbursement - Conditional upon management approvalVacation LeaveCompensationPay: HourlyRange: $12.00 - $18.00 per/hour DOEESchedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, (30-minutes unpaid lunch on own time)Why Work at this CompanyWe are creating a team who understands yesterday, knows today, and defines tomorrow.Hiring Company DescriptionCompany CultureTovya Group, Inc.
