As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, deliver a great guest experience, and help drive strong restaurant operations. You'll be hands-on in the restaurant — coaching team members, running shifts, supporting scheduling and food preparation, maintaining standards, and helping your team succeed. Assistant Restaurant Managers at designated Training Stores are eligible for an enhanced store bonus in recognition of the additional responsibility of helping develop SBH Foods leaders.
