The Role From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable. Schedule: Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule 12-hour static shifts: (Nights - 7:00pm – 7:00am) (Days - 7:00am - 7:00pm) Rotational Shifts: Alternates between Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm) and Night Shift (7:00pm-7:00am) hours every 4 weeks What you’ll do Performs duties in a manner that adheres to safety policies and procedures. Participate in the training curriculum as an operator learning aspects of plastic extrusion line operations while completing assigned duties required for certification Transferring of finished rolls of film from an extrusion line Packaging/labeling the rolls per customer specifications Ensuring a clean, safe work environment Scrap removal Stocking production/packaging areas with necessary materials What you’ll bring Essential Qualifications Must be able to operator a stand-up and sit-down forklift, load-trailing experience is preferred. Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools Strong communication skills and positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Preferred Qualifications 2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience Basic computer knowledge Wages ranging from $20.00 per hour, dependent upon experience Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
