Job Description

The Labor Helper plays a crucial supportive role within a small crew, ensuring smooth workflow through material handling, site cleanup, and assisting skilled workers. This position involves frequent travel between locations and requires the use of basic hand tools and operation of light machinery. It is a stable position offering steady roles and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in a labor-intensive environment.

Responsibilities

Handle and transport materials efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and order at job sites
Support equipment operation and light machinery use
Load and unload materials and supplies
Assist skilled workers with various tasks
Follow all safety protocols and regulations
Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment
Prepare tools and materials for daily use
Engage in manual labor tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in general labor
Physical stamina and endurance
Familiarity with basic tool handling
Strong safety awareness
Effective teamwork and communication skills
Good time management abilities
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Basic problem-solving skills
