Imaging & Resection Specialist

Description The services offered by the Agency I/R Specialist include, but are not limited to, the following: Perform Arthrex’s standard preventative maintenance services on all Synergy imaging and OR integration equipment to keep the products in good operating condition Help coordinate, facilitate, and participate in local and corporate events Assist with Territory case management and logistics Represent Arthrex Orlando as a leader in our industry and the marketplace (Video, Power, and other key products) by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals (CEOs, CFOs, Hospital administrators, etc). Provide Arthrex software upgrades as available; Troubleshoot and resolve customer and product issues related to Synergy equipment in accordance with Arthrex’s User Manuals, Equipment Set-Up Guides, and written specifications Document equipment service results in order to maintain accurate quality records Educate Customer staff on the safe and effective use of Arthrex Synergy products Coordinate the repair, replacement, and/or return of Arthrex products that require service directly through Arthrex Implementation and installation of Customer’s purchases of new products and/or additional purchases from Arthrex, including setting up equipment and software Other services may be authorized and approved by Arthrex Corporate offered to Customers. Requirements Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Confident, self-assured, and comfortable with independent action Demonstrates initiative, a sense of urgency, and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them Ability to react and adjust quickly to change and come up with practical ideas for problem-solving Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills. Ability to perform detailed work accurately Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work in the Bio-Skills Lab with knowledge of anatomy, positioning equipment, instrumentation, implants, and surgical procedures.
